frontispiece of a Perspective view of Lower Lough Lene + 14 pages + advert page + 27 pages + advert page…. 1st item; 14 pages “Some Remarks towards a Full Description of Upper and Lower Lough Lene, near Killarney, in the County of Kerry. Printed by S. Powell in Crane-lane, Dublin 1751”, + preceded by 1 page frontispiece illustration of Lough Lene, + advert page dated top right “Dublin Feb 1 1750-1” for “ Lectures in Natural Philosophy” & “A Dialogue concerning some things of importance to Ireland” 2nd item; 27 page “A Dialogue concerning some things of importance to Ireland; particularly to the County of Ardmagh. Being part of a design to write the Natural, Civil and Ecclesiastical History of that County”. Printed by Oli Nelson, at Milton's Head in Skinner-Row for the Author 1751. Followed by an advert page dated top right “Dublin Feb 1 1750-1” for “Some Remarks towards a Full Description of Upper and Lower Lough Lene” etc. & “ Lectures in Natural Philosophy” including “ Sanative Quality of Lough Neagh in Ireland” & “the County of Ardmagh” So 2 x 1st editions of 1751 + 2 advert pages, both of 1750. Condition ; Binding rear leather (hard back) good, with minor rubbing, rear blank endpage, Lacks front cover. Contents in good condition for age, frontispiece with corner folding some worm holes and a number of edge nicks/tears to edge, all text pages tight with minimal paper ageing, some corner folds, edge nicks but no major faults.
