5 1/2" x 8" Approx. 474 pages+13 to front, Original red cover with gilt title to spine + gilt canoe(with sail) crocodile, oars, intertwined cc and 1869, the spine has been repaired/re-glued at some time and not very well, there is minor rubbing to edges/corners, there is an one owners inscription to a blank front end paper(Jan 1870) The contents are in general good, AS LISTED 7 maps ( 1 fold-out ) 3 colour & lots of b/w woodcuts , (fold-out map good condition) with exception of cellotape to f/r brown end-pages.
