Payment Methods Accepted

Paymentin Advance, either via PAYPAL, by UK Sterling Cheque made payable to Malcolm Books, or Bank to Bank transfer from your bank to IBAN GB59 BARC 2085 9343 1098 28,  &   BIC code     BARCGB22.

Shipping Terms:

All books are very well packed or over protected. 99% of Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (except weekends). Shipping costs are mostly based on books weighing 1. 2 LB, or KG.

If your book order is heavy or oversized, extra shipping costs MAY be required.

All small or light items will have shipping costs reduced, unless they need large or heavier packing to properly protect them.

If you require insurance please email, most books costing over 100 are automatically insured at no extra cost. Most books over 200 to outside UK, are sent via UPS or other service at no extra cost.

Returns:

We must insist you contact us immediately to let us know of your intentions ( within 7 days of receipt), & returned within 14 days of receipt.

Every care has been taken with the description of all items listed. So any item not as described may return the item promptly for a full refund of the invoice value.

Any item damaged, PLEASE RETAIN ALL PACKING, and email immediatly.

Returned merchandise should be in the original (or equivalent) packaging. Refunds initiated on item's return and inspection.


If the concern is the non receipt of an item, enquiry will be made by us of the UK Postal Service at the expiration of the Royal Mail published Service Standard for the level of service used; providing in support; the certificate of postage which will have been obtained by us at the time of posting.
If the concern is damaged or delayed items, details thereof will be required so we can pursue any claim. Any payment for loss or compensation made by the postal authority will be paid to the customer. Alternatively the certificate of postage and receipt for postage paid can be provided to the customer for them to pursue any claim if required.
